1. The service
WireWolf is a Discord bot and web panel, free to use with optional paid extras, that connects Garry's Mod game servers to Discord: live server status messages, link buttons, and a two-way chat relay. The service is operated by Maffin e.U., Austria (see the imprint).
2. Your account and your servers
You log in with your Discord account and may link game servers to Discord servers you manage. You are responsible for the game servers you connect, for the channels you configure, and for the content your community sends through the relay. Configure dead chat and channel permissions responsibly for your gamemode and audience.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use WireWolf to spam, harass, distribute illegal content, circumvent Discord's Terms of Service, or disrupt the service (e.g. flooding the bridge or the panel). We may disconnect, rate-limit or remove servers and accounts that abuse the service.
4. Paid features, Premium and coins
The core service is free. Optional paid features are sold through Discord, which is the seller of record and handles all payment, tax and billing - we never see or store your payment details. Premium is a per-server monthly subscription that unlocks features for everyone in that Discord server and includes a monthly allowance of coins.
Coins are a virtual in-app currency used only inside WireWolf. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back into money, sold, or transferred to another person, and confer no ownership or property rights. Coins bought as a one-time purchase are credited to the Discord account that bought them; you may move them into any server you are permitted to manage, after which they belong to that server and are spent by it. Coins do not expire while your account exists.
Rentals. Coins buy time-limited capacity - currently managed database storage - for a 30-day period. Rentals renew automatically from the server's coin balance unless you switch auto-renew off, and renewal fails harmlessly if the balance is insufficient. When a rental ends, the database becomes download-only for 7 days so you can export your data; after that window the database and its contents are permanently deleted. Prices are shown before you spend and may change for future purchases.
Refunds. Purchases are made through Discord and refunds are governed by Discord's refund policy - please raise refund requests with Discord. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we reverse the corresponding coins, which may leave a balance negative until it is settled. Where you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory right of withdrawal applies; note that by spending coins you request immediate performance, which can end that right for the performed part.
5. Availability and warranty
WireWolf is provided "as is" and without warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Austrian law, liability for slight negligence is excluded - except for personal injury. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Contact: admin@dasmaffin.com.
